This is a free service available to all of our Trade customers as we understand customers may not always want to wait around for a delivery.
Collections will be available the next working day between 8:30am to 12:00pm. We will send an SMS message when your order is ready to collect, with a reminder of your designated collection address.
We have two designated collection points depending on the goods you have ordered.
All door orders must be collected from Unit 1 Queensway, Middlesbrough TS3 8TF and Flooring will be collected from 47 Earlsway, Teesside Industrial Estate, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees.
