Our Service Promise
Our Leader Trade premium delivery service is a tailor-made service arranged on a day to suit you, typically this is a 3 day service, but in some circumstances next day services may be possible. We can deliver Monday to Friday and our regular delivery window is 8am until 6pm on your chosen delivery day. Most deliveries of large goods will be supplied on a pallet direct to the kerbside of your property, however, specialised services may be possible for a surcharge. If you require something unique, please contact our team who will be able to help.

Click and Collect Service
We offer a click and collect service for all of our Trade customers with collections available the next working day when orders are placed before 4pm. Your collection point will depend on the products you order, click here for more information. This is a completely free service that we offer, we understand customers may not always want to wait around for a delivery.
14 day returns
We offer 14 day returns on any order placed on our website, with refunds processed within 3-5 working days of receiving goods back to our warehouse. Leader TradeI wanted to make a built in wardrobe but despise contiboard with a passion so came across these since the walnut panels seem to have disappeared from sale which is disappointing.
Delivery of these has been spot on, they are well packaged and all 7 panels I had ordered damage free.
When the panels arrived, they were perfectly flat with no bows, cupping or warping. I let the panels settle for a few weeks as wood always moves once unpacked and in a different environment. Unfortunately, this settling time did mean that 2 of the board's did bow and they are fairly resistant to straightening but can be done.
The make up of the board's is very good, I have found no issues with the gluing of the pieces of oak that make up the panel that you can get with these type of boards.
In short, if your uming and arring about using these, I would say go for it
