Our Leader Trade premium delivery service is a tailor-made service arranged on a day to suit you, typically this is a 3 day service, but in some circumstances next day services may be possible. We can deliver Monday to Friday and our regular delivery window is 8am until 7pm on your chosen delivery day. Most deliveries of large goods will be supplied on a pallet direct to the kerbside of your property, however, specialised services may be possible for a surcharge. We offer a click and collect service for all of our Trade customers with collections available the next working day when orders are placed before 11am. We offer 14 day returns on any order placed on our website, with refunds processed within 3-5 working days of receiving goods back to our warehouse.
