Our Leader Trade premium delivery service is a tailor-made service arranged on a day to suit you, typically this is a 3 day service, but in some circumstances next day services may be possible. We can deliver Monday to Friday and our regular delivery window is 8am until 7pm on your chosen delivery day. Most deliveries of large goods will be supplied on a pallet direct to the kerbside of your property, however, specialised services may be possible for a surcharge. If you require something unique, please contact our team who will be able to help.

We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. To calculate the delivery of your order please add your items to the basket and our checkout will do it for you. Flat delivery charges apply to Bathroom items as below:

VIP premium 3-5 day delivery
We offer a premium 3-5 day delivery service, starting from £15.83 to most of the UK. With a wide range of products available on this service we can remove the hassle of delivery with a range of premium benefits. Find our more on our VIP premium delivery page.
Click and Collect ServiceÂ
We offer a click and collect service for all of our Trade customers with collections available the next working day when orders are placed before 11am. Your collection point will depend on the products you order, click here for more information. This is a completely free service that we offer, we understand customers may not always want to wait around for a delivery.
14 day returns
We offer 14 day returns on any order placed on our website, with refunds processed within 3-5 working days of receiving goods back to our warehouse. Further returns or refund related questions may be answered by reading our returns policy.
