FAQs

How do I use Wholesale Click & Collect?

At checkout, simply select Click & Collect and choose your local depot instead of a delivery option.

If the products in your basket are available at the Hub, you’ll see discounted Click & Collect pricing and can proceed to place your order for collection.

Are all products available for Click & Collect?

Not all items are available for collection.

Look for products clearly marked with Click & Collect Pricing as well as checking the product page - we will clearly indicate if stock is available at the Hartlepool Hub for collection at discounted rates.

If your item is not available to collect, then you can simply deliver to one of our other pickup points around the UK or have us deliver direct to your home (we even deliver in-home removing the hassle of kerbside delivery!)

Where do I collect my goods from?

Our Hartlepool Hub is conveniently located to serve trade customers across the North East.

We are also working on opening our Peterborough Hub, which is scheduled to come online soon, with more planned for the near future.

Is click and collect always available?

Currently our Hartlepool Hub is the only location where we offer this service.

We will be expanding upon this, with our Peterborough Hub launching soon and more UK locations planned in the future.

How soon can I collect my order?

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we’ll notify you as soon as it is ready for collection. Collection times can vary depending on the products you are ordering, and the estimated time for each item is displayed clearly on its product page.

Orders and products stocked within Trade Hubs are available to collect within one hour, other items will be available for collection the next working day from 8am.

Our collection hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 4:00pm. If you are unsure about the availability of your order, we recommend contacting our Trade Team before travelling to collect, to avoid any inconvenience.
