How it works

    Order your products to our designated pickup points.

  • Step 2

    We will send you an SMS text when your order is ready to collect

  • Step 3

    Collections will be arranged within 48 hours at our click & collect depots

  • Step 4

    Head down to your local click & collect hub which can be found at the addresses below

  • Step 5

    Make sure to bring proof of purchase, ID and sign a collection note on arrival before taking goods away

How do I use Click & Collect?

At checkout, simply select Click & Collect and choose your local depot instead of a delivery option.

Where do I collect my goods from?

You can collect your items from any of our fully operational Click & Collect trade hubs: Hartlepool, Peterborough, Slough, Preston, Newport, or East Kilbride. Simply choose your nearest location during online checkout.

How soon can I collect my order?

Pick ups will be available in 2 business days between 9:00am to 3:00pm. We will send an SMS message when your order is ready to collect, with a reminder of your designated pick up address.

Please do not try to collect your order before we've arranged it with yourself as your products may not be available.

Once we have notified you that your order is ready to pick up, it will be held for 7 days and after this time will be returned to stock and your order cancelled.
