How do I get eco delivery service?
We offer this service to the majority of mainland UK including England, Wales and lower Scotland. If your postcode qualifies for our service, the option will automatically appear at the checkout.
When will I receive my goods?
When placing your order, you'll see the earliest delivery date we're available in your area. We optimise our delivery routes by postcode zone to minimise travel time and miles, reducing our carbon footprint for a more sustainable delivery.
To provide the most eco-friendly service, we carefully plan our routes and delivery days based on your location. You'll be able to choose a named delivery day, either within the current week if we're already in your area or during the following week.
On the day
We offer this service to the majority of mainland UK including England, Wales and lower Scotland. If your postcode qualifies for our service, the option will automatically appear at the checkout.
We ask that you check and prepare the route that the driver will take to your property entrance, ensuring it is safe and unrestricted in terms of access to your room of choice. This ensures we can carry out the delivery quickly and safely. Please note, in-home deliveries are to ground floor only, our drivers are unable to carry goods upstairs.
Whilst our drivers will always take care at your property, we kindly ask that any carpets or flooring that will be on the driver's path during the delivery of your items are sufficiently protected. We would also ask that you remove any fragile items such as ornaments and pictures to prevent any unnecessary accidental damage - this ensures a smooth delivery for all.

How do I get express delivery service?
We offer this service to the majority of mainland UK including England, Wales and lower Scotland. If your postcode qualifies for our service, the option will automatically appear at the checkout.
When will I receive my goods?
When placing your order you will be given the option of receiving delivery 2 days away*, or alternatively you can choose any date after this that suits yourself. This ensures maximum flexibility for your order with us.
* 12pm cut-off applies.
On the day
We will have texted and emailed notification of your delivery the afternoon or evening before, so it will be clearly stated when we will attempt delivery.

When will my goods be ready for collection?
If you are ordering to our Hartlepool Wholesale Click & Collect Hub, then your order will be ready within 24 hours, usually same business day.
Delivery to Pickup Point will be available in 2 business days between 9:00am to 3:00pm. We will send an SMS message when your order is ready to collect, with a reminder of your designated collection address.
Please do not try to collect your order before we've arranged it with yourself as your products may not be available.
Once we have notified you that your order is ready to collect, it will be held for 7 days and after this time will be returned to stock and your order cancelled.
Are Click & Collect and Delivery to Pickup Point always available?
Yes, Monday-Friday aside from public holidays such as Bank Holidays and Christmas.
Collections windows are 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Where is my order?
If you need a reminder of your delivery date, please refer to your order acknowledgement email. This email is sent to the address provided at checkout after your payment is processed and includes your delivery details.
Additionally, we provide tracking services for your order. You’ll receive tracking information via SMS and email from our delivery partner, VIPDELIVERED.com, up to 24 hours before your delivery is scheduled.
If your delivery date is no longer convenient, please contact VIPDELIVERED.com directly at 01429 241 298. Ensure you have your order reference number and delivery postcode ready when calling.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Yes, as our delivery service is designed for in-home delivery of large and bulky items, we require someone to be present at the time of delivery. This allows for the goods to be checked and signed for upon arrival.
Our drivers will allow up to 15 minutes for you to thoroughly inspect your delivery for any issues, such as damages or missing items. If there are any problems, please notify the driver and document them when signing, as this helps us resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
If we are unable to complete the delivery due to restricted access to the property or no one being available, a failed delivery charge may apply for a redelivery attempt. This charge will be applied at our discretion.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the entirety of Mainland UK and select offshore locations. However, at this time, we are unable to ship to destinations outside the UK. If you are unable to complete your checkout due to your delivery postcode being offshore or in a location we do not currently service, please get in touch with us. Our team can advise whether delivery to your area is possible and provide a quote on a price-on-application basis. We are committed to ensuring you receive the best possible service, so if you have any specific delivery needs or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us - we’re here to help!
Are there any additional fees?
Yes, there are a few additional fees that may apply depending on your circumstances:
Failed Delivery Fee
If we are unable to complete a delivery at the scheduled time due to restricted access or no one being available to receive the goods, a failed delivery fee may apply. To avoid this, we encourage customers to monitor their mobile and email for updates once a delivery is booked and use the tracking information to stay informed of the ETA on the day.
Exchange Fee
Should you wish to exchange your product for an alternative - whether it’s a different size, colour, or a completely new product - we offer a cost-effective exchange solution to ensure you have exactly what you need.
Recycling Fee
We can assist with disposing of old products and packaging on your behalf for a small recycling fee, offering a convenient and eco-friendly option to help you clear space.

Can I reschedule my delivery?
Yes, you can adjust your delivery date if your original scheduled date is more than 24 hours away. This flexibility allows you to ensure the timing is convenient for you.
However, if your delivery is within 24 hours, we are unable to make changes as delivery plans will have been finalised, and your goods will already be picked and packed for dispatch.
