Wood Plus TimberTech2 Acoustic Plus 5mm Underlay is a high performance real wood & laminate flooring underlay, which is suitable for use in all domestic locations and some commercial installations with heavy traffic.
TimberTech2 Acoustic Plus is an ultra-high performance underlay product which offers an exceptional (and unbeatable!) level of impact sound insulation. The heavy mass of the high tensile strength rubber offers 27db of sound reduction, helping to really bring down noise levels in the room and improving your quality of life. Also, thanks to the gold vapour barrier on one side, you don't have to worry about moisture rising up from the sub-floor. Combine this product with vapour tape to provide extra joint seal protection against moisture seepage.
The heavy mass of the rubber materials used means your floor is always fully-supported by the sub-floor, whatever the weight on top. Hard-wearing and reliable, this underlay is perfect for use in even commercial installations with heavy traffic, such as hotels & public buildings. What's more this product will help to level out your floor and extend the lifespan, all the while being simple to install.
